Joan, who is disabled and wheelchair bound, has suffered severely over the last few years and we’re looking for justice.

It all started off with a family solicitor conning her into signing a contract without giving her a chance to read it first.

A Parish Councillor/developer had the contract drawn up for the sole benefit of himself. 

It was fought in a court where another solicitor, acting for Joan, completely failed to help, thus losing £1.5 million in her home and business. 

Further stress to Joan came from a barrage of harassment from the Parish Councillor/developer. 

On top of this, the Parish Councillor/developer dumped over 20,000 tonnes of contaminated silt onto her property.

Joan and her family lost pets and farm animals due to cruelty from the Parish Councillor/developer.
